Clima Calculator Construction es una herramienta de cálculo de ingeniería para sistemas de climatización (aire acondicionado, ventilación y bombas de calor), conforme a las normativas EN 12831, RITE y ASHRAE. La aplicación también ofrece una plataforma que pone en contacto a clientes con instaladores.
La aplicación proporciona estimaciones de ingeniería e información de carácter orientativo. No constituye un proyecto técnico ni documentación oficial, no sustituye a un ingeniero o proyectista colegiado y no garantiza la idoneidad de los resultados para un caso concreto. La decisión final y la verificación de los resultados corresponden a un profesional cualificado.
La empresa NO realiza instalaciones y NO asume ninguna responsabilidad por el montaje, la conexión, la puesta en marcha o el uso de los equipos. Todos los trabajos de instalación y obra los realiza el cliente por sí mismo o mediante terceros contratados por él, bajo su propia responsabilidad y riesgo.
La aplicación únicamente facilita una plataforma para poner en contacto a clientes con instaladores. Los instaladores NO son empleados de la empresa. La empresa no los contrata, no los supervisa y no garantiza su cualificación, licencias, calidad, plazos ni precios. Cualquier contrato, pago y obligación surge directamente entre el cliente y el instalador; la empresa no es parte de dicha relación.
La aplicación no verifica ni garantiza que los instaladores dispongan de las licencias, certificados, habilitaciones u otras autorizaciones exigidas por la normativa vigente para la ejecución de trabajos de instalación. La empresa no asume ninguna responsabilidad jurídica por la ausencia de la documentación requerida por parte del instalador. El cliente es el único responsable de solicitar y verificar — antes de suscribir cualquier acuerdo con un instalador — todos los documentos pertinentes: licencias, certificados, habilitaciones y pólizas de seguro.
La empresa no será responsable de ningún daño directo o indirecto —incluidos lesiones, daños a la vida o la salud, daños a la propiedad, averías de equipos, pérdidas económicas o lucro cesante— derivado del uso de los resultados del cálculo, de la elección de equipos, de las acciones de los instaladores o de cualquier otra acción realizada con ayuda de la aplicación.
El cliente debe verificar los resultados con un profesional colegiado, obtener los permisos necesarios y cumplir las normas, leyes y reglas de seguridad locales antes de ejecutar cualquier trabajo.
Las recomendaciones de equipos, potencias y costes son orientativas. La disponibilidad, los precios actuales y las características técnicas deben confirmarse con el fabricante o el proveedor.
La aplicación se proporciona «tal cual», sin garantías de ningún tipo. Al utilizar la aplicación, usted asume todos los riesgos derivados de su uso.
Recopilamos únicamente los datos necesarios para el funcionamiento del servicio: información de perfil, datos de proyectos y ubicación (con su permiso). No vendemos ni compartimos sus datos con terceros sin su consentimiento. Sus datos se almacenan de forma segura con cifrado AES-256.
Todo el contenido de esta aplicación, incluyendo algoritmos de cálculo, diseño e interfaz, es propiedad exclusiva de Clima Calculator Construction y está protegido por las leyes de propiedad intelectual.
Nos reservamos el derecho de modificar estos términos en cualquier momento. Le notificaremos de cambios significativos mediante la aplicación.
Este acuerdo se rige por la legislación española y de la Unión Europea.

Clima Calculator Construction is an engineering calculation tool for HVAC systems (air conditioning, ventilation and heat pumps), compliant with EN 12831, RITE and ASHRAE standards. The application also provides a platform that connects clients with installers.
The application provides engineering estimates and information of an indicative nature. It does not constitute a technical project or official documentation, does not replace a licensed engineer or designer, and does not guarantee the suitability of the results for a specific case. The final decision and verification of the results rest with a qualified professional.
The company does NOT carry out installations and assumes NO responsibility for the assembly, connection, commissioning or operation of the equipment. All installation and construction work is carried out by the client themselves or by third parties hired by them, at their own responsibility and risk.
The application merely provides a platform to connect clients with installers. Installers are NOT employees of the company. The company does not hire or supervise them and does not guarantee their qualifications, licenses, quality, deadlines or prices. Any contract, payment and obligation arises directly between the client and the installer; the company is not a party to that relationship.
The application does not verify or guarantee that any installer holds the licences, certifications, permits or other authorisations required by applicable law to carry out installation works. The Company bears no legal responsibility for any installer's failure to hold the required documentation. The client is solely responsible for requesting and verifying — before entering into any agreement with an installer — all relevant documents, including licences, certifications, permits and insurance policies.
The company shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damage —including injury, harm to life or health, property damage, equipment failure, financial loss or loss of profit— arising from the use of the calculation results, the choice of equipment, the actions of installers, or any other action performed with the help of the application.
The client must verify the results with a licensed professional, obtain the necessary permits, and comply with local regulations, laws and safety rules before carrying out any work.
Recommendations for equipment, capacities and costs are indicative. Availability, current prices and technical specifications must be confirmed with the manufacturer or supplier.
The application is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. By using the application, you assume all risks associated with its use.
We collect only the data necessary for the service to function: profile information, project data and location (with your permission). We do not sell or share your data with third parties without your consent. Your data is stored securely with AES-256 encryption.
All content of this application, including calculation algorithms, design and interface, is the exclusive property of Clima Calculator Construction and is protected by intellectual property laws.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes through the application.
This agreement is governed by Spanish and European Union legislation.

Компания НЕ выполняет монтаж и НЕ несёт никакой ответственности за установку, подключение, пусконаладку или эксплуатацию оборудования. Все монтажные и строительные работы выполняются клиентом самостоятельно или нанятыми им третьими лицами на их собственный риск и под их ответственность.
Приложение лишь предоставляет площадку для связи клиентов с установщиками. Установщики НЕ являются сотрудниками компании. Компания не нанимает их, не контролирует и не гарантирует их квалификацию, лицензии, качество, сроки или стоимость работ. Любой договор, оплата и взаимные обязательства возникают напрямую между клиентом и установщиком; компания стороной этих отношений не является.
Приложение не проверяет и не гарантирует наличие у установщиков каких-либо лицензий, сертификатов, допусков или иных разрешений, требуемых действующим законодательством для выполнения монтажных работ. Компания не несёт никакой юридической ответственности за отсутствие у установщика необходимых документов. Клиент обязан самостоятельно, до заключения договора с установщиком, запросить и проверить все необходимые документы: лицензии, сертификаты, допуски и страховые полисы.
Компания не несёт ответственности за любой прямой или косвенный ущерб — включая травмы, вред жизни и здоровью, повреждение имущества, поломку оборудования, финансовые потери или упущенную выгоду, — возникший в результате использования результатов расчёта, выбора оборудования, действий установщиков или любых иных действий, совершённых с помощью приложения.
Клиент обязан проверять результаты у лицензированного специалиста, получать необходимые разрешения и соблюдать местные нормы, законы и правила безопасности перед выполнением любых работ.
Рекомендации по оборудованию, мощности и стоимости носят ориентировочный характер. Наличие товара, актуальные цены и технические характеристики необходимо уточнять у производителя или поставщика.
Приложение предоставляется «как есть», без каких-либо гарантий. Используя приложение, вы принимаете на себя все риски, связанные с его использованием.
Мы собираем только данные, необходимые для работы сервиса: информацию профиля, данные проектов и местоположение (с вашего разрешения). Мы не продаём и не передаём ваши данные третьим лицам без вашего согласия. Данные хранятся в защищённом виде с шифрованием AES-256.
Всё содержимое приложения, включая алгоритмы расчётов, дизайн и интерфейс, является исключительной собственностью Clima Calculator Construction и защищено законами об интеллектуальной собственности.
